CONDITIONS OF SALE
- The price you bid excludes 12% buyers commission and excludes a R1450(Documentation fee for every registed unit). Both charges are excluive of 15% VAT.
- On all credit/debit card transaction, a 5 % surcharge will be lived .
- Failure to pay for goods purchased – you will be defaulted as per seller’s decision and you will forfeit your refundable deposit. Payment is required within 48hrs of the conclusion of the auction. Unit/s may only be released after payment reflects in our account as cleared. Should more than one item be purchased, no single item will be realsed until full payment of invoice is recievced.
- Any vechicle with signwriting will need to have signwriting removed. Tautliner curtains with signwriting – the entire curtain needs to be removed.
- Any tracking devices need to be removed.
- Please arrange the above with the auctioneer.
- There will be some paper delays – if the natis document is not in our possesion, we will request it from the seller and forward it to you as soon as possible.
- We require natis business registration numbers and proxy indentity copies of companies and private buyer identity document for licensing department’s change of ownership before we may hand over the registration document/s.
- This auction is conducted in terms of section 45(4) of the consumer protection act which excludes section 55 and 56.

- The auction is subject to a right to bid by or buy on behalf of the owner or auctioneer, in which case the owner or autioneer or any one person on behalf of the owner or auctioneers as the case may be, may bid at the auction.
- All items on auction are sold with no duty to repair.
- Please note the company that you register under will be the company that will be invoiced. If you purchase on behalf of more than one company, insure that you have a buyers card for each company.
- The kilometers and hours on all items are not gauranteed by the auctioneer.
- Year of manufacture where Natis docs are available, the “First Year of the Registration” will be used.
- Where Natis docs are available the ‘Year of Manufacture” will be used.
FICA requirements must be met before any unit will be released. - The purchase shall be liable for the auctioneers commission in case of default payment and or loss of income.
- Good to be removed from auctioneers premises within 7 days – otherwise a storage fee of R250,00 per day will apply.
- If purchased items are not removed within 48HRS after auction, all risk including theft or damages.
